PARTNERS IN YELLOW

The Partners in Yellow program was established to show support to individuals and organizations that help cancer survivors. The LIVESTRONG Foundation is proud to provide wristbands to cancer survivors and their loved ones as our way to spread the message and spirit of LIVESTRONG across the globe.

If LIVESTRONG wristbands will assist or aid your efforts, please read the program criteria closely and complete the following online application. Please be aware that receipt of an application is not a guarantee of receiving wristbands. All applications are subject to committee approval and must be submitted with 2 months lead time.

Program Criteria

Intended recipients of the wristbands must be cancer survivors or their loved ones.
Wristbands must not be resold or used as an incentive to complete any other action, including donations to the LIVESTRONG Foundation or any other entity.
Applicants holding a grassroots fundraiser on behalf of the LIVESTRONG Foundation or any other organization are not eligible. This includes Relay for Life.
Applications must be received at least 2 months prior to requested date in order to be considered.
