Reservation Guidelines

Space is only available for non-profit organizations.

Meetings may only be scheduled Monday–Thursday, between the hours of 5:30–8:00 p.m.

The conference room holds a maximum of 40 people

Serving food and beverages is acceptable—alcohol is not permitted

Smoking is not permitted in or around LIVESTRONG HQ, including the parking lot

Meeting attendees may not access other conference rooms, the main office or the kitchen area

No items brought with the group should be left behind

Requests must be made six weeks prior to the meeting date requested

Recurring reservations will not be accepted

The receipt of an application does not guarantee or confirm your request
